Class
We offer a variety of classes, including private sessions, duet sessions, prenatal Pilates, postnatal Pilates, and specialised classes for specific goals or conditions.
Common Pilates equipment includes reformers, chairs, cadillacs, barrel, mats, resistance bands, stability balls, and props such as foam rollers and magic circles.
No, prior experience is not required. Our classes are designed to accommodate participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
The frequency of Pilates classes depends on individual goals and fitness levels. We recommend attending classes regularly to experience the full benefits of Pilates, but the frequency can vary based on personal preference and availability.

You can book classes through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our studio directly. Simply choose the class you’d like to attend and follow the instructions to reserve your spot.
Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class credit.
“Free Cancellation” is a benefit provided to our clients who may need to cancel a class within 24 hours due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. If a class is cancelled by our instructors due to their emergency event or medical certificate (MC), we will offer 1 free cancellation to affected clients. The number of free cancellations varies based on the class pack purchased:
4 class pack: 0 free cancellations
10 class pack: 1 free cancellation
20 class pack: 2 free cancellations
30 class pack: 3 free cancellations
50 class pack: 4 free cancellations
100 class pack: 5 free cancellations
This benefit provides added flexibility and peace of mind to our clients, allowing them to manage their schedules with confidence.
No, all our class packs must be paid in full upfront. We do not offer instalment options at this time.
Yes, certain class packs are shareable. Our 50-class pack can be shared between two people, and our 100-class pack can be shared between three people. This allows you to enjoy the benefits of Pilates with friends or family members while maximising the value of your package.
Yes, you are free to book a class at any Hills Pilates branch at any time with any instructor for all of our private/duet packages. However, please note that some packages may be specified for use at only one branch. Otherwise, you have the flexibility to schedule your classes according to your preferences and convenience across our various locations.
Please cancel your class at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid penalties. Failure to do so will result in the deduction of 1 free cancellation, or the class credit will be forfeited.
Prepare for your class
We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothing that allows for ease of movement. Grippy socks are also recommended to provide traction and stability during exercises.
No, we do not have a shower room at any of our branches. We recommend planning accordingly if you need to freshen up after your workout.
Yes, we have a selection of tops, leggings, and grip socks available for purchase at all of our branches. Please note that designs and sizes may vary, so we recommend checking with our staff for availability.
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class, especially if it’s your first time with us or if you’re attending a trial class. This allows our instructors to gather more details from you regarding your body condition and any health issues, as well as gives you time to prepare for the class ahead.
